Hi, my name is Mark Lee. I write things.
When I was six years old, I discovered A Wrinkle in Time by Madeleine L’Engle. That book served as a threshold into this magical world of faith, culture, and imagination. Soon I found myself exploring other places like Narnia and Prydain and Middle Earth. Most importantly, I discovered the soul shaping power of words.
This site serves a journal of sorts as I continue to stand at that curious intersection of faith, culture, and imagination. I have several longer projects I’m working on, but this blog will always be at the heart of my writing life.
I started blogging a few years back, and have found it to be an amazing medium. I love how I can record my thoughts and then read your feedback in almost real time.
I hope you’ll join me on this journey. I hope you’ll stick around and read what I have to say. But most importantly, I hope you’ll join in on the conversation (that’s kind of the point). So let me know what you think!
P.S. In case you’re new here, I’ve made a list of some of my favorite posts as a starting point.
